Refunds and Terms
Membership
Constellation Trail membership gives your family the members’ library: the lessons that are not free, the bonus Esther lesson and all twelve Character Units. 4 free lessons are open to everyone. Membership is $10 a month or $48 a year. Nothing is shipped; you sign in to your account.
Refunds
Full refund within 30 days of your first payment. Renewal charges are refundable if you ask within 14 days of the charge. You do not have to give a reason. A full refund of the payment covering your current membership period cancels your membership and ends online library access immediately. Files already downloaded remain licensed for household use. Email hello@constellationtrail.com to ask. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
The same refund policy applies to every customer.
Cancelling
How to cancel: online, any time, from your account page or the cancel link in our renewal reminder. No phone call, chat or email is needed. Cancel before your renewal date and you won’t be charged again; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We email you a confirmation. Can’t sign in? Request a new sign-in link on the account page. We send it by email.
Use
Membership materials are licensed for personal use by one household. Read them on any screen, and make as many copies as your household needs. Please do not resell, share or post the files. We do not offer co-op, classroom or church licenses for member materials at this time. The 4 free lessons may be used free with a church or classroom group; see our Terms.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. The full Terms of Use and Membership cover renewal, price changes and your license.
What it is not
Constellation Trail lessons and units are supplemental character lessons for families. They are not a full curriculum, are not accredited, and do not by themselves meet any state's homeschool requirements.
